Establishing a board diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) committee with external experts served to integrate these efforts with the ESG strategy. This approach will continue to guide the board of directors of Advocate Health, formed in December 2022, by the combination of Advocate Aurora Health and Atrium Health.
