摘要

本报告详细介绍了纽约大都会地区的一家大型医疗中心如何重新利用免刷式COVID-19疫苗接种结构来应对2022年7月Mpox病例的激增。方法/结果:在正在进行的COVID -19疫苗接种和检测的同时,以相同的驱动结构推出了m痘疫苗接种。超过1820剂Jynneos(天花和猴痘活疫苗,非复制型)疫苗通过皮下注射和皮内注射给1123人,平均每小时8-10名患者。5名接种者出现了m痘皮疹;在医疗保健提供者中没有暴露。结论免下车疫苗接种是一种有效的疫苗接种模式,可重新部署以应对未来意外的疫苗接种行动。
