Based on the analysis of the key challenges of the Industry 4.0 development, specific challenges in human capital of women are pointed out, such as e.g. the social skills, maintenance of non-routine jobs, and support to adaptation to Industry 4.0. 摘要

最近,工业4.0的研究不仅集中在工业4.0的技术方面,而且还集中在工人的幸福感、自主性和工作满意度上。在本文中,工业4.0实施的具体要求体现在女性元素上。在分析工业4.0发展的主要挑战的基础上,指出了女性在人力资本方面面临的具体挑战,如社交技能、非常规工作的维持、支持适应工业4.0等。本文的目的是分析斯洛伐克妇女是否在数字接入、数字素养和数字态度(数字参与模式)方面为工业4.0的发展做好了准备。
