摘要

本文的目的是利用改进的热蒸发系统制备用于水分解的氧化锌(ZnO)光电极。首先,采用改进的热蒸发系统,在室压0.05 mbar,源温度700℃,源衬底距离3 cm,沉积时间5 min的条件下,在裸氟掺杂氧化锡(FTO)玻璃衬底上沉积锌薄膜。将制备好的锌薄膜在500℃的气氛下退火2小时,得到ZnO薄膜。对制备的ZnO薄膜进行了表征,并研究了其光电化学性能和对水的分解性能。
