摘要

提高麦秸作为动物饲料的消化率,1%的部分脱木质素作用;提出了水碱联合机械前后处理的方法。在纤维素酶体外消化率的基础上,总结了不同工艺参数对纤维素酶体外消化效果的影响。绵羊饲养研究比较了原始秸秆和化学机械预处理的秸秆,证实了所提出的工艺原理对谷物秸秆的改良的适用性。从动物营养和技术角度考虑了该工艺的实际可行性。
