摘要

本研究根据保障教师素质的要素,概述了韩国幼儿教育与保育人员的资格认证、教育与培训、工作条件的现状。结果表明:幼儿园教师的初始教师培训制度、资格认证制度、职业发展制度、工作环境和待遇的结构和条件略好于托幼中心教师,民办幼儿园教师略好于公办幼儿园教师。指出其背后隐藏的边缘化、传统托儿话语、对托儿的低估等问题,是讨论幼儿园与日托中心融合方案时,除了表面上出现的与教师素质相关的因素外,必须考虑的问题。
