The staining of the tissue sections was done\nusing freshly prepared Toluidine blue solution and mounted using DPX. The mast cell counting was carried\nout under 20 X magnifications in randomly selected 10 areas and the sections was divided into three zones;\nSubepithelial, Intermediate and Deep.\nResult: Mast cells were found to be higher in the Intermediate zone (7.65%) followed by the Subepithelial\n(13.35%) and Deep zone(6.05%). 摘要

目的:分析根性囊肿囊内肥大细胞在不同区域的分布,探讨其在囊性扩张中的作用机制。材料与方法:选取已确诊的根性囊肿患者,取20块福尔马林固定石蜡包埋组织块,切成5mm厚度。用新鲜配制的甲苯胺蓝溶液对组织切片进行染色,并用DPX贴膜。在20倍放大下随机选取10个区域进行肥大细胞计数,切片分为上皮下、中间和深层3个区。结果:肥大细胞以中间区居多(7.65%),其次为上皮下区(13.35%)和深部区(6.05%)。经Kruskal-Wallis检验,各区域间肥大细胞含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:本研究显示中间区肥大细胞活性增加,表明上皮下包膜细胞外基质的破坏,并增强了更深区域的破骨活性,从而导致囊性增大。关键词:肥大细胞,根状囊肿,甲苯胺蓝

Conclusion: The present study showed increased activity of mast cell in the intermediate zone indicating breakdown of capsular extracellular matrix in the subepithelial layer as well as enhancing increased osteoclastic activity in the deeper areas thereby leading to the cystic enlargement.
