This review aims to summarize the current guideline-based recommendations about the use of new oral anticoagulants (NOACs) in patients with stable CAD (SCAD), acute coronary syndromes (ACS), percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and in patients with concomitant atrial fibrillation (AF).
