Heart cells of 3 reptiles species (Agamo stellio, Boa constrictor, Natrix natrix helvetica) obtained by a treatment with a saline trypsin versene solution grew well in MEM at 25–30°C. Gonads of the Boa constrictor could be cultivated with similar results only. The maximal subculture rate was 11.
