The capture probes were applied to NALF and assayed using single strand DNA sample to check its performance. The result of four specific sequence capture probes, DENV1, 2, 3, 4 were CACCAGGGGAAGCTGTACCCTGGTGGT, GTGAGATGAAGCTGTAGTCTCACTGG, GCACTGAGGGAAGCTGTACCTCCTTGCA, AGCCAGGAGGAAGCTGTACTTCTGGTGG. 摘要
