In addition, the energy stored in leakage inductance can be retrieved during switch-off period. Moreover, the voltage across the switch is effectively clamped under a lower voltage rating and therefore a low on-resistance power switch can be adopted to reduce the conduction loss. Attributing to the above-mentioned merits, the conversion efficiency can be apparently improved. 摘要

本文提出了一种新型的高升压DC-DC变换器。该拓扑结构由两个耦合电感的非线性增益升压变换器和两个倍压电路组成,以实现高升压比。此外,存储在漏感中的能量可以在关断期间被回收。此外,开关两端的电压在较低的额定电压下被有效箝位,因此可以采用低导通电阻的功率开关来降低导通损耗。由于上述优点,可以明显提高转换效率。最后,设计了一种输入电压为18~26 V,输出电压为400 V,输出功率为200 W的新型高升压DC-DC变换器来验证所提出的拓扑结构。
