摘要

阐述了粗糙集理论的基本概念,研究了一种基于粗糙集理论的群体决策规则提取方法,并将其应用于大型工程应急群体决策过程中,通过建立大型工程应急医疗物资配送点决策指标体系,最终得到了决策规则的约简。结果表明,将基于粗糙集的群体决策模型应用于大规模工程突发事件群体决策中,可以大大提高决策效率,为今后的工程突发事件决策提供依据。
