摘要

本工作旨在建立紫外分光光度法测定阿哌沙班剂型的方法。分析了市售制剂的可靠性和准确性,并对所开发的紫外分光光度法进行了回收率研究。该方法的准确度、精密度、重复性良好。结果表明,紫外分光光度法测定阿哌沙班的准确度高、准确度高、成本效益好。因此,该方法可用于阿哌沙班原料药和药物剂型的常规分析。
