The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of literacy educators as agents of social change. This research is based on evaluation model with Change Model approach. The population of this study are the educators in the two institutes of basic literacy education program in Cirebon Regency. The results of this study showed that basic literacy educators have not received appropriate compensation so that their paradigm as an agent of social change has not yet been arised. 摘要

识字不仅限于读、写和算术的能力,而且还包括运用这些能力来提高生活质量的能力。本研究的目的是评估扫盲教育者作为社会变革推动者的角色。本研究基于变更模型方法的评价模型。本研究以两所基础扫盲教育学院的教育工作者为研究对象。本研究结果表明,基础扫盲教育者没有得到适当的补偿,因此他们作为社会变革推动者的范式尚未出现。研究人员建议,为了得到政府的认可,应该重新调整已经实施的培训体系。
