Its main contribution is to provide products of high quality for the society and social services for the human. The completion quality of the relevant experimental courses is vital to the development of the technology. But the current teaching exists many problems, such as the insufficient education funds investment, the aging experimental teaching content, difficult experiment with long cycle, the low enthusiasm of students and the lack of the innovative experimental project close to the industry. Therefore, the direction of the reformation is to strengthen the construction of laboratory and increase investment, to reinforce the training and improve teachers’ professional quality, to update the experiment’s content and adjust its structure, to reform the teaching methods, to combine the experiment teaching with scientific research practice and graduation design,and to update experiment’s examination way. 摘要

发展迅速的基因工程技术是现代生物技术的核心。它的主要贡献是为社会提供高质量的产品,为人类提供社会服务。相关实验课程的完成质量对该技术的发展至关重要。但目前的教学存在着教育经费投入不足、实验教学内容老化、实验难度大、周期长、学生积极性不高、缺乏贴近行业的创新实验项目等问题。因此,加强实验室建设,加大投入,加强师资培养,提高教师专业素质,更新实验内容,调整实验结构,改革教学方法,将实验教学与科研实践、毕业设计相结合,更新实验考核方式是改革的方向。通过改革的分析和实践,基因工程实验教学课程在科研、研究生考试和毕业实习方面都有了较大的进步。
