摘要

本研究旨在分析明库鲁市曼那城区公立高中校长领导与教师教学绩效的关系。本研究采用相关设计的定量方法。研究数据采用问卷形式收集,问卷形式为Google form和WhatsApp media。用于检验假设的数据分析技术是简单的线性相关分析和多元相关分析。根据研究结果,校长的领导越好,教师的教学绩效也会提高。

The Principal’s Leadership and its Effect on the Teacher’s Teaching Performance
