: This study aims to develop Student Activity Sheet HOTS-based an valid and effective for thematic learning for class V. The method used research and development with the ADDIE-style. Product validity was assessed using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale, while the effectiveness of the HOTS-based LKPD product used a test instrument.
