This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach in the form of causality using 7 hypotheses with a sample of 80. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant relationship between integrated geriatric assessment and effective communication on nurse caring behavior and holistic nursing care, besides that caring behavior turns out to be able to Intervene a significant relationship between integrated geriatric assessment and effective communication of holistic nursing care. Meanwhile, another significant relationship is between the caring behavior of nurses and holistic nursing care at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital, Palembang. 摘要

在健康领域，整体护理是一种通过综合和整体评估的多学科方法的标准。老年患者有复杂的需求，必须确定这些需求，以满足医院服务必须满足的需求，从而为患者提供生存、生活质量和满意度。整体护理受综合老年评估和有效沟通等因素的影响。除了这两个变量之外，还有其他变量可以影响这种关系，其中之一就是护士的护理行为。摘要本研究旨在分析巨港市西蒂哈迪贾伊斯兰医院的综合老年评估与整体护理有效沟通的关系，并以护士护理行为为干预变量。本研究是一项解释性研究，采用因果关系形式的定量方法，使用7个假设，样本为80。本研究的结论是:老年综合评估与护士护理行为和整体护理的有效沟通之间存在显著的相关关系，并且护理行为能够干预老年综合评估与整体护理的有效沟通之间的显著关系。与此同时，巨港Siti Khadijah伊斯兰医院护士的关怀行为与整体护理之间存在另一个显著的关系。本研究的理论意义将证明研究变量的效应，并在管理上进一步完善医院老年护理服务质量评价体系和老年患者健康老年整体管理。
