摘要

本研究考察了影响越南中小企业采用大数据的因素。采用混合方法进行研究。质性研究采用15名参与者的小组讨论和372名中小企业代表的横断面调查。结果显示了感知收益、简单性、兼容性、数据质量、安全性和隐私性、供应商支持、管理支持、财务投资、感知有用性和对采用的态度。本研究在现有研究模式的基础上，拓展了理论框架，采用TOE与TAM整合视角的新特征考察因果关系。
