摘要

本研究旨在确定从萨拉丹区巴兰贡村的茯苓块茎(Amorphophallus muelleri Blume)中提取茯苓葡甘露聚糖(KGM)粉的最佳溶剂对照法。采用水溶剂提取,溶剂-单纯比为1:10 0;1: 200;1: 300;1、5:100;1、5:200;1,5: 300。在45℃和55℃条件下提取60分钟。结果表明,魔芋葡甘露聚糖(CGM)粉的最佳提取工艺为:溶剂比为1:30 00,温度为55℃,提取时间为60 min。
