This group can be classified based on location of origin, morphologic features, and prognosis. In addition, NETs of the endometrium can co-occur with non-NET endometrial carcinoma. Our case concerns a 71-year-old female who was diagnosed with high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma arising in conjunction with endometroid carcinoma with focal sarcomatoid features.
