However, in recent years, there has been a gradual shift towards online testing, with greater adaptation to the use of digital tolos to administer exams. This change has the potential to transform the assessment process in higher education. The Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) has experienced a remarkable evolution over time in educational assessment.
