The problem majorly faced by post COVID patient are stress, fear, insomnia, depression and anxiety leading to a psychological disorder i.e., post-traumatic stress disorder. The aim of the present study is to assess the effect of CBT on anxiety and post-traumatic stress in post COVID patients. The research design used in this study is within experimental research design. The sample of this study comprises of 60 patients who had been in contact with COVID-19. Out of which 30 patients who were given only pharmacotherapy (Group-A) makes the control group and other 30 patients who were given CBT with pharmacotherapy (Group-B) which is experimental group; consents were taken from all the patients of Geetanjali medical college and hospital. Purposive sampling was used to conduct the research.
