摘要

针对配电网交流线路发生短路故障时的电压暂降问题,提出了一种提高配电网暂态电压稳定性的储能系统控制策略。首先分析了配电网短路故障对配电网电压的影响,并分析了储能参与电网调压的能力。其次,结合储能系统的实际运行模式,提出了电站级和局部控制相结合的储能无功控制策略。厂级控制采用恒压控制方法,局级控制采用无功-电压协调控制方法。通过母线电压变化调节无功输出,提高暂态电压稳定性。最后,在电力系统分析软件包(PSASP)中对CEPRI36V7电网模型进行了仿真分析,验证了所提储能控制策略的有效性。
