摘要

发展中国家的企业社会责任已经成为一个新兴的研究领域。本文提出了一个结构方程模型来分析哥斯达黎加农业综合企业的企业社会责任行为及其对合作、创新和绩效的影响之间的关系。采用结构方程模型研究概念关系模型，解释变量间的关联。模型结果表明，企业社会责任和创新正向影响绩效。相反，合作似乎对绩效没有影响。

Corporate Social Responsibility in developing countries has become an emerging field of research.
