摘要

本研究旨在开发职业高中学生的就业能力技能量表,用于测量职业高中学生的就业能力技能。所采用的方法是一种研究开发模式。该工具的开发是基于就业技能理论综合构建的结果。本研究选取万隆SMKN 13的34名学生作为样本。研究结果表明,所编制的就业技能量表具有较好的效度,表现为专家判断的内容效度和皮尔逊积矩相关的经验效度。就业技能量表的信度包含了足够的类别,其高信度系数得分为0.994
