The resistance of lice to permethrin led to a decrease in the pediculicidal activity of pediculicides based on it. The range of modern drugs effective against permethrin-resistant head and body lice and the dynamics of the ratio of pediculicides based on substances from different groups of insecticides during 1991–2021 were analyzed.
