摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨自我意识、职业道德、弹性对泗水私立大学教育人员组织公民行为及绩效的影响。本研究中使用的样本是来自泗水几所私立大学的177名员工。通过谷歌表格发放问卷收集数据。而本研究中使用的数据的技术分析是使用偏最小二乘法(PLS)。本研究结果显示,自我意识、职业道德和弹性显著影响组织公民行为和员工绩效。
