摘要

断条故障在感应笼式电动机中很常见,并可引起各种问题。这就是人们不断研究快速检测技术的原因。本文采用异步笼型电动机和有限元分析方法,研究了断条故障对异步电动机电磁特性的影响。在此基础上,建立并研究了两种模型:健康模型和带断条断层的模型。此外,提出了一种通过电磁转矩监测检测转子断条故障的新方法。
