Group 3 were pretreated with aqueous date fruit extract (400 mg/kg/day) for a week before paracetamol administration. Rats in group 4 received paracetamol (2 g/kg/day) for a week before treatment with aqueous date palm extract (400 mg/kg). Group 5 was administered paracetamol (2 g/kg/day) in concurrent with 400 mg/kg aqueous date fruit extract. Exposure of rats with a nephrotoxic dose of paracetamol disturbed the kidney function tests; blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SC) levels increased significantly (P>0.05). 摘要

本研究旨在探讨枣果水提物对扑热息痛致wistar大鼠肾毒性的保护、改善和预防作用。本研究选用雄性白化wistar大鼠30只。大鼠随机分为5组,每组6只。每天进行治疗,持续14天。对照组(第一组)不给予任何治疗,第二组给予扑热息痛(2 g/kg/d)。3组在给予扑热息痛前用枣果水提液(400 mg/kg/天)预处理1周。4组大鼠先给予扑热息痛(2 g/kg/d)治疗1周,再给予枣椰树水提液(400 mg/kg)治疗。5组患者给予扑热息痛(2 g/kg/d),同时给予枣果水提物400 mg/kg。大鼠暴露于肾毒性剂量的扑热息痛扰乱肾功能测试;血清尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(SC)水平显著升高(P>0.05)。枣果实水提取物对扑热息痛引起的肾毒性的保护作用在大多数评估参数中都有显著改善。关键词:枣,扑热息痛,wistar大鼠,肾。
