摘要

目的:推测轮状病毒(rotavirus [RV])疫苗引进引起的少儿住院患者轮状病毒肠炎(rotavirus gastroenteritis)发生变化和疫苗效果。方法:对汉阳大学首尔医院少儿青少年科两期急性肠炎(acute gastroenteritis [AGE])患者资料进行后向比较分析。疫苗效果是通过患者检查-阴性对照群的研究推测的。结果:与2004-2005年(22.7%)相比，2014-2015年(9.0%)AGE的RGE比例明显下降(P(0.001)。2014年至2015年，RV疫苗完全接种率为66.0%，不完全接种率为6.2%，疫苗的预防效果为，完全接种者83.3% (confidence interval [CI] 95% -92.9%)，不完全接种者27.4% (95% CI， -163.7%-80.0%)。结论:引进RV疫苗后，RGE发生明显减少。通过提高疫苗接种率，可以进一步降低RGE引起的疾病负担。

Eventually, the journal aims to contribute to the cure of infectious diseases of childhood and to the improvement of public health.
