As many as 16% of women who experience dysmenorrhoea cannot be treated with analgesic medicine and require work breaks. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between adolescent knowledge about reproductive health and attitudes towards dysmenorrhoea at SMA Negeri 1 Purbalingga. This research was a non-experimental descriptive survey with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this research was 68 female students of class X to XII SMA N 1 Purbalingga which were taken by a simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used was univariate and bivariate analysis (product moment correlation test) with the help of the SPSS for windows release 11.0 program. Knowledge of teenage girl about reproductive health at SMA Negeri 1 Purbalingga in the good category 26 students (38.2%), 40 students (58.8%) quite good, 1 student (1.5%) not good, and 1 student very poor (1.5%). Attitude towards dysmenorrhoea was mostly in the unfavorable category of 39 female students (57.4%), 24 female students (35.3%) quite good, and 5 female students very poor (7.4%). There is a significant relationship (rcount > rtable) between adolescents' knowledge of reproductive health and attitudes towards dysmenorrhoea with an rcount of 0.408 and it is in the medium category. 摘要
经期疼痛(痛经)是指月经期间的疼痛。多达16%的痛经妇女无法用止痛药物治疗,需要休息。本研究的目的是确定青少年生殖健康知识与SMA Negeri 1 Purbalingga对痛经的态度之间的关系。本研究为非实验描述性调查,采用横断面设计。本研究采用简单随机抽样的方法,选取ssma n1purbalingga十至十二年级女生68名。采用SPSS for windows release 11.0软件进行单因素和双因素分析(积矩相关检验)。在SMA Negeri 1 Purbalingga,青少年女孩对生殖健康的了解情况为良好26名学生(38.2%),良好40名学生(58.8%),不太好1名学生(1.5%),非常差1名学生(1.5%)。对痛经的态度以不良为主,39人(57.4%),较好24人(35.3%),极差5人(7.4%)。青少年生殖健康知识与痛经态度存在显著相关(记数bb0表),记数为0.408,处于中等水平。可以得出的结论是,年轻女性的生殖健康知识与对痛经的态度之间存在显著的关系。
