摘要

本文旨在建立矿山灾害分类体系,以便开展矿山灾害应急管理工作。本文将矿山灾害划分为三个应急级别,构建了以信息稀缺性、时间紧迫性和形势复杂性为核心因素的评价模型。此外,本文还引入了灾变级数法来评价矿山灾害的严重程度,并以山西省矿山灾害为例进行了研究。结果表明,该评价模型对应急管理人员和救援人员具有较强的可操作性和实用价值。
