The population in this study were all employee at PT Inti Cakrawala Citra, the case study of Indogrosir Kendari, while the sample was 43 samples. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. 摘要
本研究旨在确定薪酬和工作冲突对PT Inti Cakrawala Citra Indogrosir Kendari员工绩效的影响。本研究的人群均为Indogrosir Kendari案例研究的PT Inti Cakrawala Citra的员工，样本为43个样本。数据分析采用多元线性回归分析技术。研究结果表明，薪酬和工作冲突对Indogrosir Kendari公司Inti Cakrawala Citra员工的绩效有显著的正向影响。
