Based on the information obtained from 420 officers, the structural equation model was adopted to assess the impact of the Big Five model of personality on positivity at work and job performance. The results showed a positive relationship between personality traits, positivity at work, and job performance. At the same time, positivity at work positively impacts officers’ job performance. These findings suggest recommendations for district-level administrative agencies to enhance positivity at work and improve officers’ performance. This paper provides empirical evidence of the role of the Big Five model of personality. 摘要本研究探讨河内市区级行政机关人员人格特质对工作积极性及绩效的影响。基于420名警官的信息,采用结构方程模型来评估大五人格模型对工作积极性和工作绩效的影响。结果显示,人格特质、工作积极性和工作绩效之间存在正相关关系。同时,工作上的积极态度对警员的工作表现也有积极的影响。这些发现为区级行政机构提高工作积极性和改善官员绩效提出了建议。本文提供了大五人格模型作用的实证证据。此外,本研究可以为进一步研究公共组织和私人组织的组织行为提供参考。
