Multithread technology of LabWindows/CVI which is a development environment for virtual instrument is applied in the paper. The data request, data acquisition, data processing and storage can be carried out simultaneously in multiple threads. Assigning a reasonable schedule among the threads can better ensure the real-time of the system. In this system, status information of data acquisition, processing, storage and analysis for the modules, such as meteorological, vehicle detection, pressure and expansion joint can be got reliably.
