At the same time, the development of information technologies such as mobile internet, third-party payment, and GPS positioning, has provided a foundation for the emergence of travel sharing services. As a new industry, the diffusion of travel sharing services in cities is the focus of enterprises and government. This article takes the electric vehicle sharing service as an example to carry out the study. Starting from government, enterprises and the users, we collect and analyze the factors that affect the diffusion of the electric vehicle sharing service. Fuzzy cognitive map is a technique for analyzing complex decision-making problems and we use it to identify the key factors affecting the diffusion of electric vehicle sharing service in this study. Simulations of the diffusion is based on the current state of electric vehicle sharing service in Shanghai. The results show that different stakeholder groups have different views and identify different factors as driving factors for the diffusion of electric vehicle sharing services. 摘要

随着环境污染、交通堵塞和停车问题的日益严重,人们开始寻找低碳的出行方式。同时,移动互联网、第三方支付、GPS定位等信息技术的发展,为旅游共享服务的出现提供了基础。出行共享服务作为一个新兴产业,在城市扩散是企业和政府关注的焦点。本文以电动汽车共享服务为例进行研究。我们从政府、企业和用户三个层面出发,收集并分析了影响电动汽车共享服务扩散的因素。模糊认知地图是一种分析复杂决策问题的技术,本研究利用模糊认知地图识别影响电动汽车共享服务扩散的关键因素。以上海市电动汽车共享服务现状为基础,进行了扩散仿真。结果表明,不同的利益相关者群体对电动汽车共享服务扩散的看法不同,认为驱动因素也不同。仿真结果表明,基于模糊认知地图的模型对政治因素更为敏感。
