This study aims to evaluate the nutritional content of flamboyant leaves processed with different processing methods. The study took in the Animal Feed Nutrition Laboratory of State Agricultural Polytechnic of Kupang from June to August 2022. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tested were F1: flamboyant was dried in the shade for 5 days, F2: flamboyant was soaked in water for 4 hours, F3: flamboyant was soaked in a solution of rubbing ash for 4 hours, F4: flamboyant was ammoniated for 3 weeks, F5: flamboyant was fermented for 3 weeks. The results showed that the treatment tested had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on the content of organic matter, crude protein and crude fiber but had no effect (P>0.05) on the content of dry matter and crude fat. 摘要

浮华(Delonix regia)是一种一年四季都很茂盛的植物。本研究的目的是评价不同加工方法加工的花枝叶的营养成分。该研究于2022年6月至8月在库邦国立农业职业技术学院动物饲料营养实验室进行。试验采用完全随机设计(CRD), 5个处理,5个重复。试验处理为:F1:浮华剂阴晒5天,F2:浮华剂水浸泡4小时,F3:浮华剂搓洗灰溶液浸泡4小时,F4:浮华剂氨化3周,F5:浮华剂发酵3周。结果表明,各处理对干物质和粗脂肪含量有极显著影响(P0.05)。综上所述,水浸泡能提高艳丽叶的有机质含量,氨处理能提高粗蛋白质含量,降低粗纤维含量。
