The methodology in this study uses a quantitative approach to multiple linear regression. The sample was carried out on 118 Teachers in Surakarta City. A closed questionnaire on the Google form based on the Likert scale was the testing instrument. T-test and F-test hypothesis testing. 摘要

本研究旨在证明情绪智力和奖励对组织公民行为的影响。本研究采用定量方法进行多元线性回归。调查对象为泗水市118名教师。基于李克特量表的谷歌表格封闭式问卷是测试工具。t检验和f检验假设检验。研究结果表明:1)情绪智力对泗水市组织公民行为有显著的正向影响,即情绪性组织公民行为可以提高智力;2)激励对泗水市教师的组织公民行为有积极且显著的引导作用,激励对教师的组织公民行为有改善作用。3)情绪智力和薪酬对泗水市组织公民行为有影响,其决定系数值分别为0.495和49.5%,即情绪智力和奖励共同对组织公民行为(Y)有49.5%的贡献。
