摘要

提出了一种新的三相PWM逆变器IGBT多路故障在线诊断方法。该方法通过监测α-β静止参照系各扇区电流向量的停留时间来检测故障,保证了对虚警的鲁棒性。识别过程基于相电流信息,可以对多个故障进行诊断。该诊断方案的实现不需要任何额外的硬件。实验结果验证了该诊断算法的有效性。
