Multilayer devices with the configuration of ITO / 2-TNATA (60 nm) / NPB(20 nm)/ Ir complexes doped in CBP(30 nm) / BCP(10 nm) / Alq3(20 nm) / Liq(2 nm)/ Al(100 nm) were fabricated.
