There are many historical and cultural differences within Europe, as the Eastern countries cannot duplicate the West regarding cross-cultural management, and so they have to make their own tailor-made strategy. The countries that later joined the EU have their own unique position in business in accordance with the Muslim countries. One of the biggest multinational company in Central-East Europe is able to make an entrance into the overruled oil industry successfully.
