It plays important role to evaluate university's engineering innovation ability. The paper establishes evaluation index system, composed of such four broad headings as resources into ability, social influence power, domestic radianting capacity and sustainable development ability. On the basis of Delphi, analytic hierarchy process, grey incidence degree and fuzzy system theory, a grey synthetical evaluation model is put forward to quantitatively assess university's engineering innovation ability.
