The results reveal that the ranking of factors concerned in this study are these following opinions on the product, price, human, process, and physical appearance are at the most important level. Distribution channels and marketing promotion were at a very important level. Hypotheses testing results showed that only educational level and domicile factors did not affect the choice of rental property service selection. 摘要
