摘要

工程研发人员的绩效不同于一般员工的绩效,因此对他们的考核也必须有所不同。如何准确地衡量研发人员的绩效已成为一个重要的问题。本文结合工程研发人员的工作特点,设计了基于道德、能力、勤奋、绩效的绩效指标,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重;然后采用模糊评价法设计绩效评价模型,克服了工程研发绩效的量化问题。最后,通过实证研究论证了绩效考核模型的可行性和实用性。
