Whereas legally non-constitutional acts are in accordance with living laws. When it comes to inherited religious laws, it seems too sensitive to discuss in such a haphazard way that studies of semantics should be conducted. It is therefore intended to make thematic and scientific discussion efforts, so it is hoped that the result will be a soluble consideration for addressing the different religious legacies. As for the research method, the author uses is library research by making the maqâṣîd asy-Syarîʻah yusûf al-Qarḍâwî theory one of his basic analyses. 摘要
在印度尼西亚,遗产的法律重组是通过诸如KHI和KUHpdt等法律来规范的。而在法律上不符合宪法的行为是根据现行法律的。当涉及到继承下来的宗教律法时,它似乎太敏感了,不能以这样一种随意的方式讨论语义学研究。因此,它的目的是进行专题和科学讨论的努力,因此希望其结果将是解决不同宗教遗产的一个可解决的考虑。在研究方法上,笔者采用了自己的图书馆研究方法,将maqâṣîd asy-Syarî哈育 al-Qarḍâwî理论作为自己的基本分析之一。从研究中可以理解,yus f al-Qarḍâwî有权继承其非穆斯林财产的穆斯林继承人。
