In addition of renewable energy resource in the distribution network, which is as though addition of power source in network, will be caused to increase short circuit level in network. To be certain that elements in the distribution power network can be absorbed the energy (short circuit current) due to short circuit and system protection can be properly operated, there must be recalculation and reanalysis of power system by regrading of the power supply ability of that power sources connected in network. Therefore, the evaluation and analysis of short circuit current in the distribution power network that contains with renewable energy resource (Solar Energy) is proposed in this paper. The recommended practice for short circuit current calculation according to IEC60909 standard is applied in evaluation and analysis, and then the recommended practice for protection and coordination according to IEEE242 standard is applied in design protection relay setting and coordination. 摘要

近十年来,配电网中的可再生能源不断增加,以提供绿色电力能源,这是当前消费者在电力能源利用方面所要实现的目标。在配电网中增加可再生能源,相当于在配电网中增加了电源,会造成配电网短路程度的增加。为了保证配电网中各元件能够吸收因短路而产生的能量(短路电流),保证系统保护能够正常运行,必须对电网中各电源的供电能力进行重新计算和重新分析。因此,本文提出了含可再生能源(太阳能)的配电网短路电流的评估与分析。评估分析采用IEC60909标准的短路电流计算推荐规程,设计保护继电器整定和协调采用IEEE242标准的保护协调推荐规程。通过对配电网模型中短路情况的仿真,在ETAP上完成评估、分析和设计的所有步骤,可以说明在可再生能源升级的配电网中利用继电保护实现元件优化设计和维持系统保护正常运行的指导方针。
