摘要

烟雾病(Moyamoya disease, MMD)是一种病因不明的慢性闭塞性脑血管疾病，以双侧颈内动脉末端狭窄闭塞改变为特征，伴颅底侧支血管(烟雾病血管)发育。手术血运重建术是治疗烟雾病的有效方法。但目前国内外文献对烟雾病血运重建术后并发症及围手术期处理的系统分析较少。为了提高手术治疗效果，降低血管重建术后并发症的发生率，我们对烟雾病血管重建术后常见并发症的最新文献进行综述。关键词:烟雾病;血管再生;并发症
