Well implemented international distribution system in export-oriented companies can help them improve their competitiveness and better position their products in foreign markets. It is for this reason that the subject of this research paper is to analyze the factors of international distribution from the aspect of international business strategy of SMEs. The research conducted covered various factors related to international distribution strategies such as the ability to deliver international goods quickly and continuously, the established adequate international distribution network, the ability to respond quickly to international partners orders and the effective management of international distributors or agents. The survey was conducted in 50 companies that export various types of products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. 摘要

实施以进入国外市场为基础的战略的公司必须决定选择合适的国际分销渠道。在出口导向型企业中,良好的国际分销制度可以帮助他们提高竞争力,更好地定位他们的产品在国外市场。正因为如此,本文的研究主题是从中小企业国际经营战略的角度来分析国际布局的影响因素。所进行的研究涵盖了与国际分销战略有关的各种因素,例如快速和持续交付国际货物的能力,建立适当的国际分销网络,快速响应国际合作伙伴订单的能力以及对国际分销商或代理商的有效管理。这项调查是在塞尔维亚共和国境内出口各种产品的50家公司中进行的。回归分析的结果表明,适当的分销网络对销售量和国外市场份额有影响,因此我们可以得出正确选择合适的分销网络有助于提高公司的出口潜力。
