The sample in this study used 100 respondents using purposive  sampling technique and the data analysis carried out with path analysis. Results of the first substructure was fulfillment and web quality had positive effect to satisfaction. The second substructure was the fulfillment did not effect the repurchase intention while the web quality and satisfaction variables had positive effect on repurchase intention. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析网络质量、履行和满意度对电子商务顾客再购买意愿的影响。本研究采用调查方法,研究对象均为印度尼西亚Pontianak市的Tokopedia消费者。本研究样本采用有目的抽样技术,采用通径分析法对100名受访者进行数据分析。第一子结构满意度较高,网络质量对满意度有正向影响。第二个子结构是满意度对再购买意愿没有影响,而网站质量和满意度变量对再购买意愿有正向影响。满意度在履行感和网页质量对再购买意愿的影响中起中介作用。
